The family of Oscar Pistorius has accused an Australian TV channel of illegally obtaining video footage which shows the athlete moving quickly without his prosthetic legs.
A key element of the defence case has been that the athlete has limited mobility without his artificial limbs.
The video was filmed by the athlete's defence team - re-enacting the night when he shot dead his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
In the film the athlete's sister plays the role of Reeva while Pistorius plays himself.
The Olympian denies murder, claiming he mistook his girlfriend for an intruder.
The family has described the airing of the footage as a staggering breach of trust and an invasion of the family's privacy.
The footage is to be broadcast on Australian TV station Channel 7 this evening, and has been promoted in an ad that offers glimpses of the previously unseen video:
