Lewis Hamilton held off the challenge from both Ferrari's to claim his 49th career pole position for Sunday's Italian Grand Prix.
The world champion, who has been the fastest man in every session so far this weekend, topped the Q3 with a time of 123.397s around the 3.6-mile Monza track. Hamilton will be joined on the front row by Kimi Raikkonen with his Ferrari team-mate Sebastian Vettel in third.

Hamilton's main title rival and Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg will start back in fourth at Monza after his qualifying session was plagued by engine problems.
