The Ulsterman is up nine places to 53rd in the latest world rankings, following his win at the OHL Classic last Monday.
However, Shane Lowry's underwhelming week in Dubai sees him drop three spots to 21st.
Rory McIlroy remains third in the world but he has closed the gap on Jordan Spieth following his victory at the season-ending DP World Tour Championship.
