Joe Ward is looking to join a very elite club in Irish boxing tonight. The Westmeath boxer is looking to become only the third Irish fighter to become World Champion.
The Moate fighter faces Cuban Julio César la Cruz later tonight in Doha. If Ward wins it will be the seventh gold medal that Ireland have won at the World Championships.
