Michael Conlan after becoming the first Irish male boxer to win a gold medal at the World Championships.
The Belfast fighter won in Doha on Wednesday evening and speaking to Off The Ball tonight,
"I think I'm just a more confident fighter than before," he said, before expanding on some of the ways he was built that confidence.
"I've been reading a lot of positivity stuff and my Mum, she has me reading the likes of The Secret and stuff and they're fill of positive thinking. It seems to be working for me."
He also touched on what he's learned from watching Conor McGregor, who got in contact with him:
Congrats Michael!! That's how it's done brother!! See it. Speak it. Receive it. #WorldChampion https://t.co/LZ2OdUd8Md
