The Women's Gaelic Players Association says it has registered its disappointment with today's decision to press ahead with the controversial coin-toss to decide whether Dublin or Clare will advance to this year's All-Ireland senior quarter-finals.
The two sides have finished level on points and on their head-to-head record in the group stages for this year's Championship, meaning that they will have to draw lots separate them.
Despite both counties lodging appeals against the format, the Association says that their Disciplinary Committee is unable to overturn decisions made by the Ard Chomhairle.
The draw will be held tomorrow morning at 9.30am.
The WGPA says that the controversy is undermining Camogie and has detracted from the efforts that have been made by players throughout the season.
The players body says that they have now been in touch with their reps within both counties and will issue a further response shortly.
