Tipperary and Louth name teams ahead of qualifier clash

Tipperary and Louth have both named their teams for tomorrow’s qualifier clash at Semple Stadium, with an unchanged Louth going up against a Premier outfit featuring four changes.

Tipperary come into this game on the back of defeat to Kerry in the Munster semi-final but are hampered by the injuries to Stephen O’Brien and George Hannigan who both miss out.

Robbie Kiely and Ger Mulhaire are also omitted as Jimmy Feehan, Ian Fahey, Liam Casey and Kevin O’Halloran are handed starts. All four of those introductions are fixtures of the county’s under-21 side.

Louth, on the other hand, recovered well after a seven-point defeat at the hands of Westmeath in the Leinster Championship to beat Leitrim in the last round of the qualifiers and subsequently make no changes to their side.

We’ll be bringing you all the build-up to this game – the first of a triple-header at Semple Stadium – live on Off the Ball tomorrow. The show is live from 1pm.
