The Allianz League is a strange prey. It can throw you off the scent come championship time, but also provides enough clues about the development of all senior inter-county teams ahead of the summer.
On this week's Monday Rewind, I was joined by Off The Ball's Tommy Rooney to try and get a clearer picture of the counties making waves ahead of the summer as well as those who seem to be stagnating.
So from a Tyrone side which got relegated to a strong Monaghan side and a Mayo side that is searching for an extra few percent to a Roscommon side on the up, Tommy took a county by county look at Division 1 and 2.
So if you're from any of these counties (Mayo, Roscommon, Tyrone, Monaghan, Donegal, Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Westmeath, Kerry and Cork), listen in.

Also on this week's Rewind, Oisin Langan speaks to two-time Kilkenny All-Ireland winner Adrian Ronan, while Off The Ball's Dave McIntyre catches up with Peter Stringer, Jamie Heaslip and Matt O'Connor after Leinster v Bath.
