In his recent autobiography Eugene McGee, the former Offaly All-Ireland Winning manager and Irish Independent columnist alleged that some GAA managers are earning up to 50,000 euro per year as an inter-county coach. He also said that some form of semi-professionalism is on the way for GAA in the not too distant future.
