Ger and co were down by the beach in Kerry today for a very special Off The Ball live show.
The first of our big GAA guests were Kerry legend Seamus Moynihan and Donegal's Mark McHugh, along with our own Diarmuid 'Gizzy' Lyng.
McHugh, who recently left the Donegal panel prior to the Championship, shed some light on his decision.
"It wasn't a decision I made overnight. If I felt myself that I wasn't a benefit to the Donegal team or I wasn't enjoying life or my football, there was just no point me being there. I still love Donegal. I'll go up and support them against Derry next week. It's not that I've fallen out with anybody. I just made a decision on my own behalf, talked to people that I trust and I made the decision," said McHugh, who will revalue his situation against next year.
The lads also discussed the importance of the climb and also the importance enjoyment is for a football career.
