Roscommon selector Liam McHale is counting on reinforcements to come back and bolster the side ahead of the championship.
The county has had an encouraging Allianz Football League but lost to Mayo yesterday by four points.
That leaves them third in the standings and in a good position to secure a semi-final spot.
Speaking after the defeat, McHale, was positive about the future.
"We've a lot of quality to come back as well and when we get those guys back fit, there's competition for places, we'll get stronger and we really do believe with the way things have gone so far. This is a little bit of a setback for us but not a major setback and we really do believe that we're going in the right direction and that whatever happens from here on in the league is a bonus but come the end of the league, we're really focused and really optimistic about how we can do in the championship."
