This weekend is a busy one in hurling with key qualifiers and the small matter of a Munster final.
Off The Ball were joined by ex-Clare star Jamesie O'Connor and former Tipp hurler Eoin Kelly to look ahead to all those games.
On the provincial final, Eoin reckons Waterford's vibrancy could topple Tipp in the Munster decider.
"With youth on their side, they can run Tipperary into the ground, so there is a danger there for Tipp. And then if Tipperary go down the road of paralysis by analysis - over-analysing the way Waterford play - they might not perform to the best of their ability," he said.
Jamesie also gave his take on the crunch qualifier between Cork and Clare.
"Where's the game going to be won and lost? For me, it's whether the Clare defence can contain the Cork attack because with Shane O'Donnell and Tony Kelly carrying that form that they had from the league into the championship, Clare have weapons to hurt Cork and it'll be interesting to see can Cork hold them at the back. But I think the bigger issue is whether that Clare defence, which hasn't looked as defensively sound as it did in 2013, can hold up and keep the score to a manageable, proportional level."
As for our live match on Off The Ball this Saturday between Dublin and Limerick, Jamesie is tipping the latter.
"I fancy them to beat the Dubs on Saturday night," he said.
