The GAA's Central Hearings Committee has upheld the €5,000 fines handed-out to Kerry and Donegal.
Both counties had challenged the fines, which came following a series of disciplinary issues during their recent Allianz League game in Tralee.
Both fines were reduced from €7,500 on appeal.
In a statement the committee confirmed that the Kerry county board requested a hearing which took place on March 23rd" but that the "Central Hearings Committee found the alleged Infraction proven and imposed a fine of €5000".
In the case of Donegal they said that the Donegal county board had also requested a hearing but with the same result.
