The Dublin county board have appointed former All Ireland winning captain Bryan Cullen as their new High Performance Director.
The 31-year-old, who captained the county to Sam Maguire in 2011, has agreed to take up a new post that will focus on developing a player pathway from juvenile to senior level for county players, as well as taking a lead role in the strength and conditioning of all our inter-county teams.
Cullen, who has spent the past four years working as an S&C coach with Leinster Rugby, will begin his new role in the coming weeks.
