When the final whistle blew at Croke Park yesterday afternoon, Dublin were once again crowned All Ireland Champions.
For the squad of players who lifted Sam Maguire above their heads, it had been a long year of hard training sessions, bruising matches and personal sacrifices, but they would all say that it was well worth it as they celebrated with the cup.
Those celebrations started on the pitch with their supporters, but it seems that they not only lasted late into the night and carried on through into the morning as well.
They all kicked off at the Gibson Hotel, but moved to The Boar's Head pub in Dublin, where the party atmosphere was well and truly in full swing for both players and supporters this morning.
Just passed Sam Maguire being held aloft outside the Boar's Head on Capel St. I think he likes it here. #UpTheDubs

However, they also popped along to visit the kids at Temple Street this afternoon, and of course, Sam was still in attendance.

The tour wasn't finished there for the players or the cup, as they then headed to Crumlin Children's hospital for the afternoon.
