Dublin manager Mick Bohan says the desire to win a fourth consecutive TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Senior Football title didn't play on his mind this year.
His side beat Cork by five points at Croke Park on Sunday afternoon to retain the Brendan Martin Cup.
Speaking to OTB Sports at full-time the Dubs boss said this year, for a number of reasons, will stand out on its own.
"Genuinely, the four in a row hasn't come into my mind at all. I saw this as a stand-alone final.
"In a year of years like no other, with something that none of us have ever experienced before we're just immensely proud of them [his players] to have represented themselves as well as they did.
"I hope they gave some enjoyment to the people who support us throughout the year who were watching on television at home.
"We'll look forward to Christmas now - a bit of downtime to reflect on the season that was."

Bohan also said that 2020 presented a new set of obstacles he couldn't have imagined being a reality last year.
He praised his players and all involved for making this season a reality.
"It was another challenge, it wasn't the same enjoyment, there wasn't the same buzz that normally is associated with these days.
"In our quiet times, when we sit back and we reflect over things that we've done in our lifetime to be able to run this one smoothly through the most difficult of times is great.
"The sacrifices that took place for people right across the length and breadth of the country to come to training, to mind each other, to sanitize, to keep their bubble they were mixing in as small as possible.
"They were asking more of their groups than most of us so when we reflect we'll reflect on those moments with a lot of pride."
