Donegal are through to the All-Ireland semi-finals after a one point over Ulster rivals Armagh at Croke Park.
Jim McGuinness’s side emerged from a scrappy, tight affair with the final score from Paddy McBrearty proving crucial in a game that finished 1-12 to 1-11 in favour of the 2012 All-Ireland champions.
Despite the win Donegal manager Jim McGuinness wasn’t happy with his side’s performance.
“Just our overall play, you know. Our own kick outs, we weren’t efficient on them, we weren’t smart on them like we normally our. Their kick outs we were too slow supporting the ball, getting up the field.
“And then our decision making when we were asked the question in terms of the opposition being set up, our decision making wasn’t good enough, you know? So we’ve a lot to work on,” McGuinness said.
