Wexford manager Seamus "Banty" McEnaney has praised his squad's attitude after they overcame Limerick by a single point on Saturday.
McEnaney insisted the result was all that mattered after the scrappy win by the narrowest of margins.
"That (the result) is all that really matters," he told Newstalk Sport's Oisin Langan after the game, adding: "We want to be in the drum on Monday morning. We talked about how we may get into them, we planned about how me may get into them but at the end of the day it's all about getting into the draw for Monday morning."
Yessss!! All over, our footballers beat Limerick 0-12 to 0-11 in the qualifiers, we march on, well done to Banty and all the squad!

Wexford came into the match after a disappointing loss to Carlow in the provincial Championship but "Banty" praised his squad for how they reacted to that defeat.
"The lads showed great character," he said, adding: "And I've said already that this group of lads is as good a group of lads that I was ever in the four walls of a dressing room with.
"Their attitude is brilliant. We gave them a week off after the Carlow match and every single player was back in training the following Tuesday night. Great credit to them and the reason they won today's game is that they refused to go away."
