GAELIC GAMES
It's the first provincial finals day of the summer with the Munster football and Leinster hurling deciders both on this afternoon's agenda.
First up is the Munster final as Cork travel to face a Kerry side looking for a third consecutive title.
Kingdom boss Eamonn Fitzmaurice has made five changes to the side that beat Tipperary in the semi-final.
Colm Cooper and Anthony Maher are the two big changes as Donnchadh Walsh and David Moran are handed starts.
Mark Griffin is dropped in place of Fionn Fitzgerald, while Stephen O'Brien and James O'Donoghue come in for Mikey and Paul Geaney.
Cork on the other hand make just two changes as the experienced duo of Eoin Cadogan and Fintan Goold come into the side in place of Conor Dorman and Colm O'Driscoll.
Kerry easily won last year's edition at Pairc Ui Chaoimh and it has been 20 years since Cork last went to Killarney and won.
Throw-in is at Fitzgerald Stadium, while Kerry are also defending their Munster minor title as they take on Tipperary at noon.
There is also one football qualifier this afternoon as Fermanagh welcome Antrim to Brewster Park at 3pm.
The fixture is a repeat of May's Ulster quarter-final which saw Fermanagh run out 8-point winners.
In hurling, Galway and Kilkenny renew acquaintances as they squar off for the Bob O'Keeffe Cup this afternoon.
This fixture in 2012 will bring back happy memories for Galway fans as they ran out 10-point winners against Brian Cody's men.
The Cats have claimed two All-Ireland titles since then, though, and come into this game on the back of a 24-point win against Wexford.
However, Galway are also in form this summer. Their replay against Dublin went their way on a 13-point margin.
GOLF
Michael Hoey and Damien McGrane go into today's final round of the French Open out of contention.
Hoey is best placed to launch an extremely unlikely challenge. He is on 2-over par.
The lead is held by South Africa's Jaco van Zyl on 10-under.
SOCCER
The Women's World Cup final takes place tonight in Canada.
It's a repeat of the 2011 final on the cards as the winners on that occasion, Japan, take on Olympic champions, USA.
Japan have made it to the final after an own-goal saw them past England in the semi-finals, while the States came through against Germany.
Kick-off time in Vancouver is midnight Irish time.
CYCLING
It's Day two of the Tour de France and, after yesterday's time trials, the peloton now makes the 166-kilometre journey from Utrecht to Zélande.
Irish eyes will be on the trio of Nicolas Roche, Dan Martin and Sam Bennett.
RACING
Racing today is in Limerick and at Fairyhouse, with the first off in Limerick at 2.05PM and the action underway in the County Meath course 20 minutes later.
