The Kick Off: Kerry face Tryone in the first All Ireland semi-final

GAA

The first All Ireland football semi-final takes place with reigning champions Kerry looking to book their place in the final against Mickey Harte's Tyrone team.

Kerry look set to start with Colm Cooper, Kieran Donaghy and a fit again James O'Donoghue in the forward line, leaving no room for Paul Geaney.

The curtain raiser to that game is the minor clash of Derry and Kerry. Throw-in there is at 1.30pm.

SOCCER

There are three games in the Premier League with Chelsea travelling to West Brom in the early kick-off at 1.30pm. Everton and Manchester City play at Goodison while Watford and Southampton kick off at the same time at 4.00pm.

ATHLETICS

Mark English races in the semi-final of the 800m at around 1.15pm while Thomas Barr aims to make the final of the 400m hurdles as he races in the semi-final of that event at 11.40am.

(All times are Irish)

GOLF

Pater Lawrie is currently tied for seventh after round three of European Tour's Made in Denmark tournament. He enters the final day seven shots of the leader David Horsey.

After some superb golf this weekend, Tiger Woods is still in contention to win at the Wyndham Championship as we move into Sunday. His round on Saturday leaves him two behind leader Jason Gore, but there's no doubting that Woods has the experience and ability to push on and claim his first PGA Tour event in more than two years.

RACING

There is racing at the Curragh tomorrow, with the first race going to post at 2:10pm. The feature race is the Group 2 Galileo European Breeders Fund Futurity Stakes.

Aidan O'Brien trained Shogun is favourite at 11-to-8.
