RUGBY
The Ireland squad take to the training pitch this morning as they step up preparations for Sunday's crucial Six Nations clash with England at the Aviva.
After the work-out, team manager Mick Kearney will deliver an update on the fitness of the squad, with the focus on Munster flanker Tommy O'Donnell and Ulster's Iain Henderson, who both suffered suspected injuries while in action for their provinces over the weekend.

Today's scheduled Fitzgibbon Cup quarter-finals look unlikely to go ahead.
The GAA's Disputes Resolution Authority will meet at 11am to decide whether Mary I can continue on in the competition.
The Limerick college were initially reinstated after IT Carlow were thrown out for fielding an illegal player, before the Barrowsiders won an appeal against that decision.
IT Carlow are due to play their quarter-final with LIT this afternoon (2.0).
Today's other quarter-final could also be under threat - that's due to see Waterford IT take on DIT at Carriganore (7.0).

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has defended Ashley Barnes after his controversial tackle on Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic.
In an interview given to the club's own TV station, the Clarets boss says the challenge looked worse than it was.
The FA says they'll be taking no action against Barnes, as the officials saw the incident.
Chelsea are expected to appeal Matic's red card today, after he was sent-off for his reaction to the tackle.
In a near-full round of Championship games, leaders Derby play host to Charlton this evening.

European 800m bronze medallist Mark English is expected to spearhead the side for the upcoming championships in Prague.
CRICKET
The West Indies have recovered from their defeat by Ireland in emphatic style at the World Cup.
In amassing a huge total of 372, Chris Gayle racked up the highest ever individual score in the history of the tournament, making 215 from just 147 balls.
Gayle has also become the first ever non-Indian player to reach a total in excess of 200 in a one-day international, and along with Marlon Samuels helped set the highest ever single wicket partnership.
