"Fail to prepare. Prepare to fail" is the mantra of European Champion Arthur Lanigan-O'Keeffe.
The Kilkenny native recently competed in the Hungarian Indoor Modern Pentathlon Championships as his preparations continue ahead of his second Olympic Games this August.
Over the last few months, we have brought you Arthur's excellent video diary as he travels the World honing his skills ahead of Rio. A small illness meant that Lanigan-O'Keefe only competed in the fencing discipline in Budapest.
His latest video shows the preparation that goes into ensuring all his fencing epees are in proper condition at an armoury. Compared to an individual discipline, the video shows how much preparation goes into making sure equipment for five disciplines is always perfect.

Despite his "fail to prepare, prepare to fail" mantra. Lanigan-O'Keeffe only realised he had to compete in the swimming event before the fencing after arriving in Hungary.
In his heat, he finished at the rear of the field, before focusing on the fencing in the annual season opener.
