The Gunners booked an FA Cup final place by beating Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday. Manager Mikel Arteta has called upon Lucas Torreira, Rob Holding, Cedric Soares, Eddie Nketiah, Sead Kolasinac and 18-year-old Bukayo Saka.
Granit Xhaka and Nicolas Pepe are among those who drop to the bench.
A win for Arsenal would see them leapfrog Sheffield United into eighth in the table, place behind North London rivals Tottenham.
