"It's getting crazier and crazier" - The La Liga title race climax

"It's getting crazier and crazier!"

That's one way to describe the La Liga title race that will end in a bout of mano a mano at the Nou Camp this weekend.

We were joined by ESPN writer Dermot Corrigan on the show tonight to talk about the weekend just past which saw Real Madrid title hopes end in ignominy and Atletico Madrid and Barcelona do their best to cede the title after slumping to disappointing draws.

A draw for Atletico Madrid will be enough for Diego Simeone's side to claim a first title in 18 years and citing Barca's poor form against the Colchoneros, Dermot Corrigan is tipping Atletico to pull it off.

But with their relative inexperience in these situations, could it all unravel at the crucial juncture like Liverpool in the Premier League?

But Corrigan feels that Atletico have more confidence than Barca heading into the upcoming head-to-head.

He also gave his take on the way Real Madrid let the title slip away by switching off and also how their players are saving themselves for the Champions League final.

Corrigan also suggested what could happen to Carlo Ancelotti should Real Madrid lose that decider against Atletico later this month.
